WHO AM I 

Hande started out her undergraduate studies in Sociology at Johns Hopkins University and completed Social Anthropology B.A. at Yeditepe University in 2006. As of 2004, she worked for The Guide Magazines in editorial and advertising sales departments for 7 years. After completing her studies in advertising design/marketing communications at Bilgi University, she then got offered a role at the MediaCat Event department. MediaCat’s leading event Brand Week went to seed in 2013 and she played an active role in foreign affairs, speaker and sponsor negotiations, content management and sponsor sales. She then had the opportunity to host world's leading speakers and thought leaders in Istanbul for MediaCat's annual marketing festival Brand Week. She also initiated her administrative team to launch The Women to Watch Awards event in Turkey and it became a success.

After leaving MediaCat in 2016, she managed various media roles both in a Business Tennis Cup for a sports marketing agency and an innovation conference sponsored by Türk Telecom. In 2018 she started out as a project coordinator at the Foundation for Advertising and managed the seminars, conferences and youth camps under its roof. Through out the years 2020-2021 she has been involved in seasonal projects in Sustainability Academy, Pazarlamasyon, Retails Days and AdStation event agency. 2022 was a year she decided to earn another degree in communications and became a licensed practitioner of NLP and NeuroShine Technology Pro-Coach.
